Sascha Nestorovski (Team Leader Service Sales)
My name is Sascha. I am 37 years young, married and a father of two lively children. I am a native Hessian and come from the beautiful baroque town of Fulda. My path as a “KOMSANIAN” started “just in time”, on my 31st birthday in September, in the unit Product Management. In this unit, I served and was responsible for a service provider and two fixed-line network operators. Among others, my responsibilities were the purchase of hardware, negotiating commission and target agreements in talks with suppliers, planning and contentual design of marketing activities as well as further administrative tasks relating to the respective products and articles. Being a Product Manager one also is the “internal salesman”, i.e. one actively supports the Sales unit, e.g. via internal trainings in order to promote the merchandising of the products.
I especially learned a lot about the communication with customers and suppliers during talks at managerial level. This hands-on experience was deepened in theory in interesting and challenging trainings (e.g. negotiation techniques) conducted by external and internal trainers. After two varied and informative years, I took on a new internal challenge in the Service Sales unit.
The so-called “project business” deals with the implementation and support of customers as well as with the realisation of their requirements during the project phase and during the then following daily business. Our customers are network operators, manufacturers or large trading companies, which we – with the help of our services – enable to concentrate on their core business. Especially the cooperation with (nearly) all KOMSA units makes this work varied and exciting. Since 1 December 2008, I have been team leader and am responsible for a 5-person team in the field of Key Account Management Repair Service.
As you can see, next to many professional challenges, KOMSA offers possibilities to develop yourself and the company.
