WHAT SHOULD I BEAR IN MIND WHEN APPLYING?

Before applying, please read through the requirements stated in the job description carefully. Choose the roles best suited to you. We recommend applying for a maximum of two to three positions. Applying for five or more positions simultaneously will not increase your chances. Show us that you can make decisions. Even if you are making a speculative application, please tell us the department/role you are looking to work in. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Please do not send us a personal profile or links to websites. We will only consider complete applications sent via our online application portal.

IS THE LIST OF VACANCIES ON THE WEBSITE UP TO DATE?

All of the vacancies listed on our website are current. Positions for which the application period has closed are no longer listed. However, positions which have already been filled may still appear on other portals. Applications for these will not be considered.

OPTIONS FOR FURTHER TRAINING ARE AVAILABLE?

At KOMSA, you will always have the opportunity to further develop your skills. You can discuss the opportunities available to you with your manager during performance reviews. We offer internal and external training so you can keep right up to date on the latest trends and start putting your new-found skills to work straight away.

WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO APPLY FOR A ROLE AT KOMSA?

At KOMSA, you can apply for roles via email or online. However, we prefer applications to be submitted via our online application portal. Online applications provide considerable benefits for both you and us, and we can process them much faster. Applying via the portal saves you having to create expensive portfolios and send them in to us by post. It also means we can record and process your documents more quickly. At KOMSA, we take online applications just as seriously as traditional applications.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY APPLICATION ONCE I SUBMIT IT?

If you have applied for a specific role, the Human Resources team will work with the relevant department to determine whether your profile is suitable for the position. They will then inform you regarding the status of your application. The selection process can take several weeks. We will contact you as soon as we can offer you a role which suits your profile. Should you have any questions regarding the status of your application, please contact us via email or telephone.

HOW WILL I KNOW THAT KOMSA HAS RECEIVED MY APPLICATION?

If you apply via our online application portal, you will receive a confirmation email shortly after you submit your form. If you do not receive an email, please contact the Human Resources team.

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY DATA?

Data security is very important to us. All data will be handled in the strictest confidence in accordance with data protection legislation.

CAN I WITHDRAW MY APPLICATION?

Yes. If you would like to withdraw your application, please inform us as soon as possible. Simply email jobs@komsa.com.
