Technical Hotline & Professional Service
Our support is bundled in the Technical Assistance Center, which provides hotline and ticket services for system house partners. Our TAC experts have all important and current certifications. Each specialist concentrates on a few manufacturers.
With the help of our efficient support, partners can concentrate on their core competencies and new customer projects. When implementing TC & IT projects with our Professional Services, you can rely on experienced specialists. In addition to consulting expertise in the pre-sales and project phase, we can also support you with implementation, including installation and commissioning - on request and by arrangement, also on site at your customers' premises.

As part of our integration service, we supply completely pre-installed systems, for example from the manufacturers Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Unify or Mitel Germany. We put these together according to the individual requirements of our partners.

WLAN-Site Survey
Perfect and thorough preparation for a new WLAN is crucial. We plan WLAN systems based on individual requirements and specifications. With our Wi-Fi coverage, we measure the premises and implement the new Wi-Fi securely.
KOMSA supports partners during all phases of the project. Starting with the selection of the right access points, antennas and controllers, through the secure installation of the products to the acceptance and monitoring of the correct implementation.
Online-Trainings & KOMSA Academy
Our online training courses provide a quick insight into new products and trend topics. This is a particularly efficient way for our system house partners to obtain information. Each participant takes part digitally from their workplace. These are limited to a maximum of 60 minutes.
In the online training, manufacturers provide up-to-date knowledge at first hand. There is plenty of room for individual questions in the subsequent chat. Partners can find more current training courses on our academy's training calendar.
