Declaration of consent to the granting of payment terms

KOMSA AG, KOMSA Allee 1, 09232 Hartmannsdorf, Germany, processes its own and third-party rating values in order to grant you favourable payment terms and to minimize the credit risk of all affiliated companies of the KOMSA Group in accordance with §15 AktG (hereinafter referred to as the KOMSA Group). For this purpose, rating values are retrieved from credit agencies and aggregated with the customer's internal payment experience using recognized mathematical procedures to create an overall rating value. In order to ensure the quality of the overall rating value, also in your interest, we intend to transmit your current payment behavior from all existing and future business relationships that you maintain with the KOMSA Group* to KOMSA AG and process it through them. The calculated total rating value will be made available to all KOMSA Group companies with which you have a business relationship. For this purpose, we process the data surname, first name, street, house number, zip code, city, monthly sales, the creditworthiness index of rating agencies, exposure from open items, due dates, payment term deviations, payment duration as well as average values of these data and trends including dunning levels and return debits. If you would like to take advantage of favorable payment terms within the KOMSA Group, please give us the following consent.

Yes, I agree that KOMSA AG may use my surname, first name, street, house number, postal code, city, monthly sales, the creditworthiness index of rating agencies, exposure from open items, due dates, payment term deviations, payment duration as well as average values of these data and trends including dunning levels and return debit notes to grant me favorable payment terms and to minimize the credit risk of all affiliated companies of the KOMSA Group in accordance with §15 AktG, from the companies of the KOMSA Group with which I maintain existing and future business relationships, may retrieve, process and provide the total rating value for retrieval by them.

I know that I can revoke this consent at any time with effect for the future. The revocation can be sent by post or to the e-mail address Datenschutz-KOMSA-Gruppe@komsa.de.

The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
